Pamela Zotynia is an advocate and leader in the intellectual & developmental disability field for the past 30+ years. She believes people with disabilities have the right to make choices and control their own lives as equal citizens. Currently, she is the Service Director for Values Into Action’s Participant Directed Services where she uses her knowledge and expertise to assist individuals and families who use Participant Directed Services (PDS) to create the lives they deserve and desire in the community of their choice. She is a certified Supports Broker in Pennsylvania and a Charting the Lifecourse Ambassador.
She lives in Northeast Pennsylvania where she shares her home with her son, Robert, who uses Participant Directed Services to manage his supports.
Marian Frattarola-Saulino
Working in the Home and Community Based Services system for over 20 years, Marian’s priority has always been to build coalitions where people with lived experiences decide the expertise they need, to live the lives they want. Her career includes experiences as a DSP, Residential Service Director, Supports Broker and Executive Director. She has been invited to participate in numerous initiatives that seek to innovate and improve the lives of people using funding. These have the Robert Johnson Foundation’s Self Determination Project, Developmental Disabilities Councils’ grants that have focused on housing, collaborations with NCAPPS and as faculty of the National Leadership Consortium.
Marian co-founded Values Into Action with Paul, her husband who serves as the CFO. Marian serves as CEO and leads these organizations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, along with dedicated colleagues and partners, most importantly, those who accept services, and those who directly provide those services. She helped to start the Collaborative for Citizen Directed Supports-New Jersey, and the Alliance for Citizen Directed Supports, disability led organizations focused on enhancing sustainable self-directed systems.
