This webinar will address how different types of housing can affect a person’s public benefits.  It will also cover how to maximize public benefits in the payment of housing expenses from different sources such as family members and supplemental needs trusts.

Anthony D. Nicholson is a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning. He has also worked in Probate Law and Elder Law, and is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.

Community Living Action Advisory Group for Self-Advocates

HOPE NC Self Advocate Program seeks those with disabilities to support our work. There will be monthly zoom meetings and we can address different projects and activities that relate to increasing housing opportunities for our community. If you have the time and are interested, please fill out this Google form, and then I will send out information for our first meeting.
